Introduction

NEETEvoke ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered platform offering NEET (UG) preparation through adaptive practice tests, full-length mock exams, CBT exam simulation, performance analytics, and rank prediction. NEETEvoke is a subsidiary of ExamEvoke LLP. By accessing or using our website, app, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the NEETEvoke website and any associated web/mobile applications.
• "User" or "you" means any student, parent, or guardian using NEETEvoke's services.
• "Services" refers to all features offered on the Platform, including practice tests, mock exams, performance analytics, rank prediction, and the referral program.
• "Plan" refers to a paid subscription package (e.g. Practice Pack, Improvement Pack, Rank Booster Pack) purchased on the Platform.

Eligibility

NEETEvoke is built primarily for NEET aspirants, many of whom are minors preparing in Class 11/12 or as droppers. To use the Platform you must:

• Provide accurate registration information (name, email, phone number, and related details).
• If you are under 18 years of age, have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to register and use the Platform; by registering, you confirm such consent has been obtained.
• Use a valid email address and phone number that you have access to, since account access and login details are delivered electronically.

User Responsibilities

As a user, you must:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with others.
• Use the Services only for genuine, personal exam preparation and other lawful, ethical purposes.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or manipulate the adaptive engine, question bank, or rank-prediction algorithm.
• Not misuse the referral program (e.g. fake referrals, multiple accounts) to claim rewards you are not entitled to.

Plans & Payments

Current prices for the Practice Pack, Improvement Pack, and Rank Booster Pack are always shown on the Pricing section of the Platform before checkout. Payments are processed through our payment partner, PhonePe, using a secure hosted checkout. NEETEvoke does not collect or store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials — these are handled entirely by PhonePe in accordance with their own security standards.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including questions, mock tests, study material, analytics, branding, and underlying technology — is the property of NEETEvoke, its parent company ExamEvoke LLP, or their respective licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse any part of the Platform's content without prior written permission.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (including our payment gateway), or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

NEETEvoke is not liable for any damages arising from inaccuracies in practice content, rank predictions, misuse of the Services, or technical failures outside our reasonable control. Rank predictions and performance analytics are indicative tools to guide preparation and do not guarantee any specific NEET result.

Modifications

These Terms may be updated periodically. Any changes will be published on this page along with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, applicable law, or academic integrity standards, including misuse of the referral program or attempts to manipulate test results.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

When you register or make a purchase, we collect information such as your full name, email address, phone number, target NEET year, state, student category (fresher/dropper), and any referral code used. We also collect usage data such as test attempts, scores, and performance patterns to power analytics and rank prediction.

How We Use Your Data

Your information is used to create and manage your account, deliver personalized practice and mock tests, generate performance analytics and rank predictions, process payments, send login details and important service communications, and improve our adaptive learning algorithms.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Limited data is shared with our payment partner, PhonePe, solely to process your payment, and with analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) to understand Platform usage. Where you use our referral program, only enrollment/reward-eligibility status is shared with the referring user — not your personal details.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures, including encrypted connections and secure hosting, to protect your information. Payment information is never processed or stored on our servers — it is handled directly by PhonePe under their own security and compliance standards.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@neetevoke.com.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies (including Google Analytics) to enhance your experience, understand usage patterns, and maintain session security. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

Refund Policy

NEETEvoke plans are digital subscriptions activated immediately upon successful payment. Because access is granted instantly, refund eligibility is limited as follows:

Plan Purchases

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have attempted less than 10% of the practice questions or mock tests available in your plan. Refund requests outside this window, or after substantial usage of the plan, will not be accepted.

Technical Errors

If a payment was deducted but your plan was not activated, or you did not receive your account/login details due to a technical error on our part, you are entitled to a full refund or re-issuance of access, at our discretion.

Duplicate Payments

Any duplicate payment for the same plan caused by a technical or gateway error will be fully refunded once verified.

Refund Process

To request a refund, email contact@neetevoke.com with your registered email and payment/order reference (merchant order ID). Approved refunds are processed back to your original PhonePe payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Policy

NEETEvoke offers digital services only — there is no physical product associated with any plan, and therefore no physical "return" is applicable. Where a user wishes to discontinue or reverse a purchase, this is handled exclusively under the Refund Policy above, subject to the eligibility conditions described there.

Account access granted under a plan cannot be transferred, exchanged for another plan, or returned for store credit.

Delivery Policy

As NEETEvoke is a fully digital platform, there is no physical shipping involved in any purchase.

How Access Is Delivered

Once your payment is confirmed, our system automatically creates your account and emails your login details to the email address provided at registration. This typically happens within a few minutes of successful payment.

Delayed Delivery

In rare cases — such as delayed payment confirmation from the bank — activation may take longer; our systems automatically re-check pending payments every few minutes. If you have not received your login details within 24 hours of a successful payment, please contact contact@neetevoke.com with your payment reference.
